I use the Wacom Intuos at home and also at work on the Mac and PC with Flash 

and have never had a Problem.  It sounds like it is a Pablo problem, for 

sure.  It might help if you play with the settings.  I know that Flash didn't 

react well when I changed the pads settings to be more like a mouse (without 

absolute postioning).  It works flawlessly in tablet mode.
