FLASH: Flash and Frames... HELP!!!!

Hi all...


I've been having some trouble with Flash and Frames... If possible, how would 

you make it so that when you clicked on a button, it would open up the page 

in another frame?


Here is an example: http://evilzz.net/aetheorraent/1_5/main.html


There is 2 frames there... I want for it, so when you click on the 'Back To 

Main' button, it opens up the main page in the bottom frame...
