FLASH: getting back from a jump to url

I have some url's that my flash piece must link up to.  No problem but when the user hits the back button to go back to the flash piece naturally it starts to play all over.  I know there must be a way to tell it to go back to where it was but I don't know where to begin to figure out how to do this.  


If this issue has already been discussed  please forgive and direct me to where I can find this information.  Thanks so much!!!
