Subject: | FLASH: drag property question |
From: | Anthony Faust |

hey flashers,
i have a question about the drag property....
i have a small shoe at the top left of my movie in a box. On top of the shoe
is a is a draggable square.
in the middle of my movie is a masked box with a bigger version of the shoe.
this is what i want to happen...
when the user drags the square over the small shoe at the top left......i
want the shoe in the middle of the movie to move correspondingly...
for example...if the user drags the square from left to right over the
center of the small shoe....i want the big version of the shoe to drag from
left to right over its center.
now, i know how to do drag and drop.....but the key here is i want to be
able to detect where the dragged object is WHILE it is still being
dragged....
like this...
If dragged object is dragged over x area of the shoe
Begin Tell Target ("/movie")
go to frame 1 and stop
End Tell Target ("/movie")
I've seen it done before.....can anyone help me?
thanks,
anthony
