FLASH: flash 4 -> 5 free upgrade?

I remember hearing something about how if you had purchased F4 after a

certain date (like a couple months before F5 came out), you could

upgrade to F5 free, or at a deeply discounted price. Am I imagining

things? Hey Macromedia folks, is this true, and if so do you know where

to go on the MM site to find this?
