FLASH: How to pause a movie?

Hi, 


I am using Flash 4.0.  I created a movie for 60 frames

at 15 fps. Now I want to add three buttons in it,

'Play, Pause, Rewind'.  The Play and Rewind buttons

work well, but, for Pause button, I have a problem.


I tried various ways to pause my movie and play it

again, but I am not able to stop the movie at any

frame in the middle and make it play from the same.


I am not good at programming, does this task involve

scripting?  If yes, can you explain me how that works.
