My posts also take a long time to appear, it makes discussion very difficult. Is it that it is such a busy mail list. It is the busiest one I have ever been on

  I was going to post this too a photoshop group, but I have yet to find a

  good one that is active....  so I thought I would ask here...


  I have a JPG file that when viewed, it just shows as an "x" in my browser

  window.... (it isn't in a HTML page - just trying to look at the image)....

  and when I try to open it in photoshop, It comes up as "could not open

  document because an invaild or unknown JPEG marker type is found".


  It was sent to me from a MAC user VIA e-mail, so I thought it maybe an

  encoding issue, so I had the user upload the file to a FTP site, so I could

  download it... but I have the same issue....


  Any ideas, or suggestions? And how about an active photoshop group?
