Using frame by frame animation, and the internal jpeg compression is a
reasonable option. If you exported the video as a bitmap series numbered
logically F5 picks up the fact the bitmap is part of a series and brings
them all in.

Sound syncing could take some trickiness.

Otherwise "fscommand(command, arguments);" and having an appropriate player
on the machine will do it...

Subject: FLASH: Video in Flash

Hey all,

I am in the middle of designing a Flash 5 presentation for our salesmen to
replace the pants, boring powerpoint one we have at the moment. Its all
going well apart from one thing - video. In powerpoint its very easy to
intergrate our TV ads into the presentation however in Flash its a different
story. What would be the best way to do this? Can you use a geturl to an
MPEG? Will it then open the associated program with the movie? How then do I
deal with file paths (ie if the presentation is on a different drive on
different machines)? Is there a better way?

Any suggestions gratefully recieved! Keep on flashing!
