FLASH: Flash 5 Plugin Detection

Can someone who knows how to turn off the flash 5 plugin and use the flash 4

plugin please go to http://www.flashexamples.com/ and let me know if the

animation on the left tells the user that they need to get the Flash 5

plugin?
