The easiest method is to add a GetURL action to the button that says:

bobatyahoo [dot] com (mailto:bobatyahoo [dot] com)

This will launch your default mail program with bobatyahoo [dot] com in the address field.

The snazzier method involves setting up a server-side CGI script which would allow you to send the contents of a form (ie name, comments, etc.) to a specified email address from within Flash. This isn't that complicated, but does require some server access and know-how. You can go to http://www.worldwidemart.com/scripts/formmail.shtml for more info.
