FLASH: tell target command

I have this code in a frame of a movie:

1.If (fim eq "fim")

2. Begin Tell Target ("../")

3. Go to and Play (3)

4. End Tell Target

5. Stop

6.End If


my question is:

the flash goes to line 4 only when the actions in the "tell target "command

are over, or does it work at same time?
