Subject: FLASH: exporting (contents of ) swf during runtime to image format
From: kristoff

hi all

I have a drawing program.
You can drag objects on the canvas, rotate, resize etc.

Would it be possible (with flash 4 or 5) to export whatever a visitor has
drawn on the canvas to a image format, such as gif, jpg or eps?
Also from what I understand, when printing through flash, flash converts
whatever it has to print to a postscript file -- would it be possible to
"intercept" this?

Any pointers to *the* technology, tips,... are very appreciated!

thank you, kristoff
