Subject: | FLASH: Talking to external SWF's. Not using load movie?! |

Hi,
I a have a swf menu (Movie 1) in the left hand frame of a frameset. I would
like to control a swf sub menu (Movie 2) in the top frame of the frame set.
I also need to be able to open html content in the main frame from both
SWF's. I hadn't intended to load the sub menu (Movie 2) using "load movie"
action in the main menu (Movie 1). What options do I have, considereing I
need the movies in seperate frames? Is it possible to talk to another SWF
without having the talking movie(Movie 1) load it first?
Please help!
TIA.
Shaun.
