what is a pound worth in the UK ? the Euro / Pound ratio is really impressing.

what would be an average salary for a 'flasher' with 3++ years of experience

in new media , good design skills, average to advandced AScript knowledge,

in a major city like London ?

should I consider to apply for a job there ? ( hey, just in case, contact 

me offlist .. )


should we organize our own conference in Berlin, Hamburg , Paris or maybe 

(why not ) Prague ?

Could it be a non-hype, honest ,straight forward community thing ?

I've already some possible sponsors and partners in mind ...
