Sorry but no.

Another possibility is to create the Game in Flash that way you could do
everything in Flash 3, Park an assets movie and remain in the same Flash
environment where there is no HTML page change (smooth).

The games that can now be created in Flash can be a lot more complicated
that the ones on the Web now. Many games can be created using Movie
Clips so they are available to everyone with Flash. Others can be
created using JavaScript but these movies (or their advanced features)
would be limited to JavaScript enabled 32 bit browsers:
Netscape 3+ Win 95/98/NT or Power Mac
MSIE 3+ Win 95/98/NT

Of course there are many games that are better suited to Director which
has Lingo for programming but you are still limited to Flash 2 inside of
Director.
