I'm not sure if you can load a Movie in one level then unload it and
load it again without delay into level 0. Plus there is no need.

You can only do a 'If Frame is Loaded' for the current movie. You can
however Tell Target a result to another Movie and/or Load or unLoad a
movie as one of the commands of an 'If Frame is Loaded".
The structure of the movie should be laid out at the beginning to
prevent major rework later.
