Adam,
An easy way to check is the following :
Select the brush tool. You should see the brush options open with two
buttons at the top were only one appeared before. The left one is the
paint fill style the right one is a toggle button that sets the width of
the brush to be pressure sensitive. It coordinates with the brush size
selector.
Offhand I think this is the only situation where Flash uses pressure
sensitivity, apart from the eraser tip that is always pressure
sensitive.
There should be no problem at all installing the wacom drivers after
Flash is installed.
