No it isn't, Elizabeth.  It's for ALL levels of experience.  Actually, I

wouldn't be surprised if this list was actually what makes many

"experienced Flash developers".  I know I've certainly learned a lot.


Don't worry too much.  Oftentimes, replies to peoples questions may come

off as condescending and patronizing, but it's just because we all often

assume there's a homogenic level of experience among all flasher listers.

But I think we all mean well.
