FLASH: highlight/spotlight (sort of)

I've seen an effect where you'll see a line of text,

then a spotlight type effect goes over the text, but

not quite a masking effect, you see the text the

entire time with just the highlight running through

it.


I can't seem to locate a tutorial on something like

this.  Does anyone know of one?


I've been playing with masking but I'm missing

something...
