http://sounds.muinar.com is launching these days.

Available sound qualities are 22 kHz 16 bit mono and 44 kHz
16 bit stereo.

The library contains 1476 sounds so far, more to come soon.

The site is completely based on actionscript, so F4 plugin is
needed.
