FLASH: how to make sharp text

I've noticed that the text in some flash movies is very clear and sharp, 

while in others antialiasing seems to make the letters fuzzy upon export.  

Are there any strategies for maximizing your chances of getting razor sharp 

text--i.e., do you have to create the text in illustrator or whatever and 

import it into flash?
