Create three new Movie symbols - then copy and paste one of your layers into
each of the movie symbols.

Then either a) delete those three layers from your original movie and create
three new layers

or b) clear the content from those original layers.

Now you can place one of your new movie clips into each of those layers.

The reason this works is that all the frames in a given movie are always in
sync. But when you create a movie *symbol* and bring that symbol into your
main movie you have created an object that can start, stop or loop
independently from the main action.
