FLASH: Sound Toggle Help

Hi,


I'm pulling my hair out on a sound toggle problem.

I have a 3 scene movie with 1 sound. I need to start Scene1 with the sound

looping.

I have a sound toggle doesn't appear until the end of Scene2. To this point

things works fine.

I can tun the sound off and on again.

But when I select a menu item in Scene2, that jumps me into scene3, (which

contains the sound toggle again)

I can't get the sound to be affected by the selection of the toggle in the

previous scene.

What am I doing wrong?
