A Type 1 font is a postscript font that requires Adobe Type Manager
(ATM) in order to be used. Many people who come to Flash design from a
print background have extensive libraries of Type 1 fonts. In the print
world Type 1 fonts are considered to be the superior font type to use
for any job that will be professionally printed. In fact, for print work
I always use Type 1 fonts. But ATM and Flash on an NT machine just don't
work well together.
That's why I won't use NT until this problem is solved.
