We haven't heard anything like that yet. I don't know what's going on. Have

you restarted with extensions off, to rule out an extension conflict? 


Also, are you on a network?


I'm running Flash 5 on OS9 without any problems, myself. It might help us to

go through a few more troubleshooting steps.
