This is very simple. You want to to place a MC in your scene that will loop
constantly scanning for the mouse click. This is done by placing a full
stage sized button, which consists of only the hit area, on the stage. Then
create a 2 frame loop schecking for the press. On Press, jump to frame 3
that triggers the sound and returns to the loop.

that's it.

I've attached a demo I made for you. Just plug and play.
