there are a few versions of a dreavweaver object that 'scrubs' your
documents of that annoying IE outline. I set mine up to run on every page
that I save. No brainer. if you want one (if you use dreamweaver that is)
you can find one at http://www.projectseven.com/dreamweaver/dloads.htm and
LOTS of other great stuff!
