hi !


you have to do it on 3 frames...


frame 1: initialize your variable

Set Variable: "starttime" = GetTimer

Set Variable: "pausetime" = 2000   -- this equal 2 sec.


frame 2:

If (GetTimer - starttime > pausetime)

      Go to and Play ("finish")   --or what else you want

End If


frame 3:

Go to and Play (_currentframe -1)


this is a simple way to do it, if you want another way, just ask...
