Also make sure you set your monitor color depth to 32-bit, or 24-bit (true
color). If your only set to view thousands of colors or less, you may see
some dithering.

Do you have Quality set to High in your Object/Embed tags (set in your HTML
Publish settings)? Or are you viewing the movie at something other than 100%
so
the bitmap is scaled? Check these things...from the sound of it I would
imagine
you're not viewing the movie at high quality.
