actually, I get this behavior all the time on a pc.

I think it's working "as designed" on both platforms,
but if that's the case, it's designed really poorly.

It takes me 3 attempts to open the Library Panel before it actually pops
open.
I tested for this on Windows. It pops open on the first try.

Tiny bug; no problem, but kind of wierd.

Mac OS 9 G4 256megs ram (flash 5 free 30 day d/l)
