FLASH: How do I get a quicktime (.mov) file to import and play in Flash 4?

Hey guys,


I'm having a problem getting my quicktime .mov file to play in Flash 4.  I can import it fine, but it just won't play.  Please keep in mind I am a tad new at this, so any help is greatly appreciated.  If you could, please email me directly at
