It's an annoying Flash5 player bug thing. Happens to me too . . .

Try resizing the text box height alittle . . should cure it.

I have a scrolling text problem that seems very strange to me. I have never
seen it before. If you could have a look at
http://www.funmark.com/flashindex.html and once the main menu loads, click
on Multimedia or Service and try scrolling down. You will see that the last
line before scrolling stays locked at the bottom.
