there are two other developers, and the equipment has been addressed... they
are providing some new systems. We are weighing everything over, then
weighing it again...

Hi Dustin,

Will you have an assistant or assistants?
If you are going to do it all..
Art Director, Production , Promotion...Quite a few hats. Don't forget
wear and tear on your computer if you use your equipment. They need to
compensate you
for those different hats. Plus think about other work you will have to pass
up..more
compensation. An internet company my sister works for pays one of their
flash/html,
full timers around 70k but they have a team....
