Hmm. If you have a standalone action that requests a web page, then it
would tend to trigger the user's default browser... I don't know of any way
to query and control their choice of browser, sorry.

(If you start with the SWF in the Netscape browser, then calling a new web
page will open a new window in that browser of course, but a standalone
application has no connection to any particular browser.)
