FLASH: maximum size?

hey flashers,



i'm working on a website that will probably be 400k when complete. Right 

now, it's 230k and it loads fairly quickly on my modem at home.



Is 400k ok or is it too big?.........my target audience is prospective 

parents and students of a university.
