Yeah, I'm all over the place today...
Does anybody know of any resources online for finding out about parodying or
spoofing intellectual property?
It's my understanding that as long as I don't make a dime off it, I can
parody or spoof whatever I like and I can't be held liable for anything.
I'm in the process of creating a whole cartoon episode in Flash of an idea
of mine, and I want to see where my rights are in regards to doing such
stuff.
I'm tampering with some pretty heavy-hitting stuff... ;-)
