FLASH: Load variables?

Hi All:


I'm trying to figure out the .fla for a quiz game and I see that there's a 

command to load variables from a URL:


Load Variables("question"&"q"&.txt","_level0")


Can someone explain to me where the URL is and how I specify it in a movie?  

I was running the .swf offline and all the text boxes on the stage are 

populated, but I can't figure out how they got there.  I'm assuming this has 

something to do w/CGI scripts.  Can someone help me figure this out or point 

me to a good tutorial?
