See, thats where they went wrong.  You can use a

"likeness" of the person you want to make a parody of,

but once you get into using pictures of them, then you

cross the "likeness" line.


For instance ... Stone Trek is a good example.


We know who Captain Kirk is, and we know it's William

Shanter, but you're using his "likeness", not an

actual picture of him.


See the difference ?


Now make your parody, and let us know when you're

done, and don't let it leak out who it is or who it's

about, cuz thats why Travolta's lawyer sent the letter

;-)
