That kinda stuff happens all the time, Branden.  It's happened to me on

more than one occasion, with more than one publisher.


While you can (and certainly should) go to the publisher and ask that

they take your name off the credits, it can take forever for the changes

to ripple through the various systems.  The best bet may be to go to the

individual online booksellers and ask them to remove it.
