FLASH: global variable is not showing up

Could someone take a look at

http://www.geocities.com/nusselman/check/check.html

Just a simple checkmark script. If checkmark is checked, it's supposed to

take you to a second scene. But it does not. 

The fla is there too.

I am just starting with variables, so it might be something painfully

simple.
