There's more info in the replies to this FAQ in the crosspost to
alt.macromedia.flash.... ;-)

(Subtext: It's usually better to read existing information than to push
multiple requests onto groups of other people... everyone wants to see you
succeed, so it can hurt a bit if people each retype the same info for you
in various places where a post is copied.)

(And btw, I'd strongly echo Andy's advice to try it at a few tracing
settings before choosing one, and if you're deleting a bitmap from the
library then "Save As" to see the FLA size shrink (although the SWF
wouldn't carry unused elements anyway), and if you can then try mockups of
the overall page design on a few clunky slow-modem machines before choosing
which way to go.)
