Uh oh, you've got some problems :) we recently output several small
animations from flash for use in tv commercials and it works rather well -
except, you need to use frame-by-frame animation (no movie clips, no
actionscripting). If you actually own QT Pro (rather than the free version)
you should be able to output with all the bells and whistles, but I'm not
sure if that will import for the video production or not. You might be best
off just to set-up the fla as a frame-by-frame animation specifically for
the video production. Wouldn't you rather do the audio track from the video
editing program anyway? We found we have more control that way (no complaint
about Flash's audio - it's great for the web!) The post-production company
we work with actually downloaded a trial version of flash to see what worked
best as output (without loss of resolution etc.) and we decided either QT or
avi work really well. They actually use a Sony System and Windows which is a
little unusual.
Not sure this was much help, but the whole experience was rather wonderful
so maybe there's a bit of useful information in there for you.
