No really simple answer because it sounds as though you have used a number
of mc's to complete your swf.

It is probably better to keep the movie in one timeline if you know you want
to export to video. QT export only supports Flash 3 at this stage. Exporting
as frames won't realise your mc's either.

Depending on the complexity of your animation you may be better off
restructuring the timelines to do this. Then export as frames, probably pict
if you are on a mac. Finally, redo the audio outside of Flash in a dedicated
audio suite or your non-linear edit software to get it all happening where
you want.

Remember aspect ratio's, safe title frame areas, movie size (PAL or NTSC?)
and fps as well.
