No can do (as far as I know). Try Macromedia Director >> Shockwave. You can

embed your flash file(s) and your QTVR etc and display this ont he web.

However, prepared for some heavy weight. Might be better if you simply

display the QTVR in popup browser windows from links within the flash movie
