B:SELECT THE FIRST FRAME AND CLICK "MODIFY AND GROUP" IN THE MENUE.

C: SELECT THE OTHER KEY FRAME AND MODIFY AND GROUP AGAIN

D:DOUBLE CLIK IN THE FIRST FRAME AND  CHOOSE THE TWEENING FOR MOTION

E:YOU SHOUL HAVE A SMOOTH MOVE WHEN PLAING THE MOVIE NOW~.OF COURSE

THE FRAME BY FRAME ANIMATION IS THE BEST BUT TIME CONSUMING.
