just make a mc, put a stop action on the first frame( keep it as a blank
keyframe). make the animation of the bubble apearing. put another stop
action. now make the animation of it disapearing put a goto and stop frame 1
action on the last frame of the disapearing animation.

now on your button. make a tell target that targets your mc.

on roll over and roll out play.

that should do it.

no need to get all worked up. ;-)
