These guys are really good: Sardine Media http://www.sardinemedia.com/ - the website doesn't give the full range of skills, although you can see from their News they work with pretty big brands and enterprises (as well as smaller operators).

They do a lot of live streaming - from game launches to corporate announcements… they can do the filming, manage the streaming and ensure it's all done to a high quality.
