Paul,

There is no mention regarding the ease of use of the purchase path. I think
John's description misses the 25%-40% of users who give up in disgust
because they cannot work out how to pay for the item they want.

Either way the complaint about being spammed for 20 years after the initial
purchase doesn't quite tally with Ergo's slogan if it really is - giving
you many happy returns!
