uk-netmarketing Archive (2011-2015)

Seems to me you need to decide how dirty you want to get your hands 
technically and what you really mean by community.

Joomla is easier than Drupal and both allow a certain level of 
'community' plus there are plugins like this http://www.jomsocial.com/ 
for joomla.  Then there are other things out there like Dolphin 
http://www.boonex.com/ and Socialgo http://www.socialgo.com/tour as well.
