Hiya James,

I'll drop you a line with a contact off-list.

We had one of their engineering folks talking at a Social CRM-focused event
in Oct. When I pressed him on how FB handle their customers he admitted
they weren't great at it.

To be fair he also put it into the context of their numbers, 2,500 staff,
800m users. Admittedly, their systems don't help.

Will send details separately, hope you get it resolved soon.
